    Open from May to October, it is surrounded by the Tuscan countryside and by sunbeds and umbrellas.

  • TOUR GUIDES

    Guests who wish to discover the surrounding area with the assistance of a tour guide can book a guide at the villa

  • TRANSFER

    A transport service can be booked for travel between stations and airports and the property or for moving around the area

  • GYM

    In the park near the pools, there is a gym that contains exercise bike, step machines and table football

  • AIR CONDITIONING

    The houses are equipped with an air conditioning system that guests can operate themselves to cool down during the summer

  • LAUNDRY

    A home laundry service is available at the property for the exclusive use of guests

  • COOK

    An in-house cook can be provided, who will satisfy every culinary request

    A children’s play area with a slide and swings to entertain young children outdoors in complete safety

    Fax and photocopying are available for guests at the villa’s Reception

    Guests can access open, free wi-fi all over the property

    The entire property is surrounded by a large, grassy private park, full of sheltered areas in the shade of trees

    Every house has an independent heating system, which can be operated by guests
